A busted up Toyota truck. The thing that caught my eye when I took it was that the bumper is in good shape. So they owner got into an accident, and instead of fixing the damage they just bought a new bumper for it and slapped it on the front.
Hilarious!

I need a bumper like that for my truck.
Mike - it might help prevent nasty dings like the one he got. Holding your hood on with tie straps is SO 1975
i swear that could be my ex husband's truck. ack.
That is hilarious. Why would he even think of needing the new bumper now? Do you think maybe he felt like the front couldn't take one more hit without it?
Nice! LOL!
I have a stupid question, well, it might be stupid but whatever. What kind of camera do you use? I've been looking at you pics of the day and love 'em!
Katydidnot - Sounds like a right classy guy. :) He'd fit right in over here.
Buzzardbilly - I guess he figured that he didn't want it getting any worse if he got into another accident. But anybody that uses a tie-strap to hold down their hood probably isn't best known for their critical thinking skills... :P
SarahReznor - Not a stupid question at all. :) Currently I am using a Canon Powershot G9. I'm liking it a lot so far. It is a little big compared to most point and shoot cameras, but has most of the features of a digital SLR without being THAT big. Seems like a lot of dough at ~$500, but still way cheaper than the SLRs as well, and it is really helping me learn more about photography than my last camera. :)
Fantastic! Did they use duct tape to put it on or is that only for the lights that are broken out?
Chickenbells - there was a surprising lack of duct tape holding the bumper on. My guess is he used it all on the engine mounts... :)
