Stuck in that rut

Nothing original going on in my brain. Nothing to write about. Nothing to photograph. Nothing to cook. I look back and wonder where all the hours disappeared to. I sit and question where the creativity has gone, and when it will return.

For now I am subsisting on mediocrity.

Hate that. It always passes though.

as if you could EVER be mediocre....now about getting out of the rut and into the groove- I suggest doing the running man 3 or 9 times. really lifts your spirits...p.s. where have you been in regards to coffeeland???

hate that you feel this way...maybe to get you out of the rut we should take the puppies and run away somewhere.. or just find some things to take pictures of and cook... either way I am game. love you!

You mean mediocrity isn't enough?

Oh, hell, I'm doomed!

Mediocre you are not. I have not Blogged since just after the Superbowl. Twitter has been my Escape, as I have not had a "Blog Agenda" since then. You have brought alot to my Google reader over the last few months. Relax... Regroup...and Carry on. Then encourage me to Get my Act In Gear

Hang in there Tombo! You could blog about what you had for lunch today. It looked tasty. And you could blog about your wireless flash. That was super cool!

Keep smiling!

...And if you had showed up at the blogger get together Sunday, you could have blogged about that. Ah, well, water over the dam -- now there's a good photographic subject if ever there was one!

Melissa - indeed. just one of those things.

Megan - ha, mediocre is something I accel at being. Running man? Qua? And as for coffeeland - I have been getting to town earlier of late, and have been hitting WildIris since they open at 6:00. Beats sitting in the truck for 20 minutes and then having to rush through a cup or two. :)

DaNece - We'll see. Need to do something, that's for sure. Maybe running away for a few hours will help. :)

Catalyst - Nah, I think you're in good shape. :)

Big Sky Chef - Thanks for the good advice. Relax and regroup seems like what I really need.

Rich - food and flash were both fairly uninspiring. Both started as good ideas but quickly spiraled into something unworthy.

GrannyJ - I would have gone had it not been DaNece's birthday weekend. I look forward to next month though. :)

Your food photos inspired me to give this genre a try. http://dagnygromer.wordpress.com/2009/03/17/photo-of-steaks-on-grill/

I'm prescribing corned beef and cabbge and lots of green beer. Happy St. Paddy's Day, Tombo!

Dagny - looks good! :)

Linda - Unfortunately it will be none of the above for me tonight. :( I'll probably wait till all the corned beef goes on sale next week.

Looks like plenty of booty kicking going on here from your friends so I'll refrain except to say GET UP!!! You da man. You got the lens. You got da keyboard. Tickle them ivories. (They are ivory, aren't they?)

Tony - Thanks. :) They be plastic, but I be ticklin' regardless. I'm starting to work my way through it.
