A trip North

Looks like you did some hiking. Great photos!

Catalyst - We did surprisingly little actual hiking. Mostly we just stayed along the rim, with a few 1-2 mile jaunts thrown in. Didn't do any hiking down into the canyon this time. Next time I go up there there will be a LOT more trekking around. :)

Tiff - Thanks! It was a pretty cool place to check out, and one I'm sure I'll go back to before I leave.

As for the trip... things are starting to take shape. I'm currently shopping for a truck. Once that is done I can figure out the bests way to get everything I need into it. Then It's buy a computer, start selling anything of value on craigslist, and see where the finances stand. Once things start to become concrete the posts will begin to appear on the ol' blog. :)
