A little food porn.

Beef heart tacos from last week. Chunks of heart, marinated in carne asada sauce for 2 days, cooked quickly in a pan. Topped with caramelized onion, red pepper, and avocado. On corn tortilla:

 

Simple and tasty.

Hrm. I'm thinking maybe we should also get you some hole-in-the-wall Mexican food... :) You're quite adventuresome as far as that goes - I don't know if I'm up to eating beef heart!
