I like the whole article, but particularly the "how you live changes your brain." I believe in that concept for so many reasons. I also believe so many of our problems can be solved by cognitive therapy rather than meds.

Melissa - I'm totally with you. We are a society who is over-dependent on quick and easy 'fixes' that do nothing to solve the underlying problem.

So many times we flounder as we try to figure out what we are supposed to DO in life. In the end it is almost always a simple dedication of action. That action will eventually change the manner in which you think about the subject.

If that makes sense. :)
