Well I was going to post all about sushi last night, but flickr is having some terribly weird issues that they are working on, so no pictures for now.
Instead, here are some great scans from a mid-century slaughterhouse book on how to prevent losses from bruising of animals. The cartoons are just cute as can be, and all those little piggly wigglys look so darn cute!
