Well it's officiall:
1/4 of the people who find my blog through search engines, are looking for tips on Beef Tongue. So for all of those who made faces when you saw my post and thought 'eeewww, nobody eat's beef tongue'; you were wrong! And therefore: you should go buy a beef tongue and cook it tonight! :)
